Terms of Service

3.1 Purchase: Credits (Gems) are purchased as one-time, non-recurring payments.

3.2 Refund Policy: All purchased credits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to process refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, but users should not expect refunds as a standard practice.

3.3 Expiration: Credits do not expire under normal use. However, if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login activity), credits may expire. In the event of permanent service termination, all unused credits will be forfeited.

3.4 Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or remove credits from accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are engaging in abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using temporary email addresses (temp-mail) to create multiple accounts
• Using bots or automated systems to exploit free credits
• Any other method we deem unfair or abusive

Accounts found to be abusing the free credit system may be terminated without warning, and all credits may be forfeited.

4.1 Accuracy: The AI-generated analyses, including but not limited to Market Size, Competition Analysis, and Profitable Problems, are provided for informational and brainstorming purposes only. These analyses are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, complete, or current.

4.2 Not Financial or Business Advice: The information provided by IdeaTree is NOT financial, legal, or business advice. You should not rely on this information as the sole basis for making business decisions.

4.3 No Liability: IdeaTree and its operators shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from business decisions made based on information provided by this service. You acknowledge that any business venture carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your decisions.

5.1 Our Property: The IdeaTree brand, logo, user interface (including the react-flow panel design), and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of IdeaTree.

5.2 Your Property: All ideas, workflows, strategies, and content that you create using IdeaTree belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

5.3 Data Usage: We will never sell your ideas or specific intellectual property to third parties. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our algorithms and service quality, but never in a way that reveals your specific ideas or personal information. Your creative work remains yours.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Permanent Service Termination: In the event of permanent service shutdown or termination, we will provide reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) via email to registered users at the email address associated with their account. During this notice period, users may use their remaining credits. After the termination date, all unused credits will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued for unused credits. You acknowledge that in the event of service termination, your access to the service and any data stored within the service will cease, and we are not obligated to provide data exports or transfers.
